Welcome to InKing Royalty’s October Blog Hop! Don’t you just love this time of year when all the leaves begin to change and fall?! We do, and we are excited to share our creations. Hope you love them! After you read my post, I hope you’ll hop over to the next person on the list at the base of this post.
I originally made this card for last month’s ‘Orange’ blog hop but when I noticed that ‘Leaves’ was on the schedule I switched things up. I am in love with the Hand Crafted Elements dies in the current mini catalog. I have had fun piecing together different color combos. It is a simple technique that packs a punch. After gluing the orange frame and the green pieces onto a piece of Basic White, I carefully cut around the frame to create the oval. The rest is just layering and stamping using Around the Bend dies and stamps. I hope you find some inspiration from this technique.
Supplies:
Stamp set: | Around the Bend |
Dies: | Around the Bend, Hand Crafted Elements |
Cardstock: | Basic White, Granny Apple Green, Pumpkin Pie |
Ink: | Granny Apple Green |

Pam, I love the use of the dies to make this banner shape. Beautiful and elegant.
This bundle missed my radar! I love the way you showed it off with the bright colors!
Such a great project, Pam! I, too, love these dies and LOOOVE that you pieced these together so carefully. LOVE!
Great card Pam. I have been making some cards with these dies and love how you highlighted the leaves.
