A Year of Celebrations: Christmas

Welcome to InKing Royalty’s November Blog Hop! During this year’s blog hops, we are enjoying a year of celebrations. This month’s projects celebrate Christmas, which – believe it or not – is just around the corner. Please prepare yourself for lots of beautiful projects that share the joy of this holiday. We are excited to share our creations with you today! After you read my post, I hope you’ll hop over to the next person on the list at the base of this post.

Earlier this month Stampin’UP! had their convention but because of Covid it was held online. It wound up being fantastic. I did miss seeing all my friends and swapping but other than that it was a lot of fun and SU did a great job of keeping us engaged. After On Stage was over Brian and Julie hosted a fun ZOOM after party for their teams who attended On Stage At Home. We had a great time full of love and lots of laughter. Brian created a sketch for us to make a card to share. We have so much talent in this group…all the cards were incredible. I made a few and saved this one for today’s hop.

I used the Trimming the Town Bundle along with the coordinating Coming Home DSP, both from the mini catalog. I colored the images with our blends and used matching cardstock. I used Old Olive, Balmy Blue, Real Red and Shimmery White cardstock for the base. I cut the oval with Stitched Shapes dies.

Here is the sketch Brian created for the challenge.

Thank you for stopping by today. I hope you’ll hop along to the next stop on the blog hop, Renae Novak at Blessed by Cards. There’s lots of inspiration to be found in this group – and you don’t want to miss it!

  1. So sweet. So cute. So inviting. I love this cute card – the uneven words make it imperfectly perfect! I am smiling!!

  2. I love that you staggered the sentiment. What I immediately saw when I looked at your card was happiness. It made me smile immediately. Great job!!

  3. Pam, I just love the way you used this bundle to create your sweet card! The offset sentiment is so cute! Very fun!
